Before everyone is going to ask about it and I have to repeat my answer, I'll admit that I didn't walk the 10 km run I intended to do two weeks back :( I just didn't train enough so about a month ago I decided to give up and set a new goal. This time I didn't set an end date, but I'm training to be able to run 10 km by the end of this summer. I got myself a free training scheme at hardloopschema.nl, which I would finish in 10 weeks if I'd train 3 to 4 times a week. That's a bit too much to squeeze into my study schedule, so I'll spread it out and just go running whenever I find the time.
Next training will be tomorrow: 25 min without losing my breath, directly followed by 10 min at a faster pace. Looking forward to it :)
Oh, now that we're on the subject, does anyone have tips on how to keep a training log? I'd like to keep track of my running speeds, running distances, and get an overview of my training progress, but without putting too much effort in it.
