Feel a bit down? Smile!

Everyone feels a bit down then and again. A little cheer-up-trick I remembered today - and applied with success - is to just put a smile on your face.
No need to feel happy to be able to lift the corners of your mouth. And if you do this for a while (you'll probably have to remind yourself of it a few times) you'll find that you walk taller, you see more funny and/or beautiful details you missed before, and life gets brighter again.
